These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of sopiq.com (the "Site") operated by SOPIQ, LLC ("SOPIQ," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

3. Discovery form submissions
When you submit our discovery form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of any organization you reference. SOPIQ will use the information to respond to your inquiry consistent with our Privacy Policy.

Site content is provided for informational purposes. It does not constitute legal, compliance, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Engagements that result in advice are governed by separate engagement letters.
5. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. SOPIQ does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
