Foundational curriculum
What AI agents are, what they are not, where they earn their place, and where they fail. Calibrated for operational practitioners, not data scientists.
Our AI Agent training program teaches teams how to design, build, and deploy AI-powered agents that automate daily operations, streamline workflows, and improve efficiency. By reducing manual tasks, connecting tools, and supporting smarter execution, companies can save time, lower costs, and scale with greater ease.
What AI agents are, what they are not, where they earn their place, and where they fail. Calibrated for operational practitioners, not data scientists.
How to identify good agent candidates, scope them, set guardrails, and define the human-in-the-loop layer. The hard-won judgment, taught as method.
Real agent builds during the program: discovery, design, prototype, iterate. Participants leave with working agents, not just slides.
Production patterns. Monitoring. Failure modes. The "what goes wrong" knowledge that takes practitioners a year to acquire on their own.
Policies, approval flows, escalation paths, audit trail. The compliance scaffolding that makes agents safe to deploy in regulated environments.
Office hours, code reviews, design reviews for the first 90 days after the program. Adoption stalls without backup; we are the backup.
2 to 3 days. What agents do well, what they do poorly, what the failure modes look like. Real examples, including the ugly ones. Participants leave with calibrated expectations.
4 to 6 weeks of guided builds. Each participant (or team) picks a real operational use case and builds an agent for it under our guidance. By the end, they have shipped.
2 to 4 weeks of deployment support: monitoring, governance, escalation paths, post-launch tuning. Agents move from "demo" to "production tool."
You want to use AI agents to take work off your team's plate. You need the methodology, not just the tools.
You need to make decisions about AI investments. You want practitioner-grade understanding, not vendor pitches.
You already build automations. You want to learn agent-specific patterns: tool use, planning, retrieval, evaluation, guardrails.
For the foundational track, no technical prerequisites. For the build track, comfort with at least one of: Power Automate, Python, JavaScript, or no-code automation tools (Zapier, Make). We assess at intake and assign tracks accordingly.
The core methodology is platform-agnostic. Hands-on labs cover Microsoft Copilot Studio (our specialty practice mybothub.ai goes deeper on this), as well as platform-neutral patterns using LLM APIs and orchestration frameworks. We pick the platforms that match your team's existing stack.
Heavily hands-on. Foundational sessions include exercises; build phase is almost entirely doing real work with our guidance. We are skeptical of training programs where participants leave without having shipped anything.
8 to 12 weeks total, with 4 to 8 hours per week of dedicated time for participants. Plus our hands-on guidance during the build phase. We have run intensive 4-week formats too when the calendar requires it.
At least one production-grade AI agent per participant or team, with documentation, monitoring, and governance in place. Plus the methodology to do it again. The point is shipping, not certificates.
The discovery conversation takes 30 to 60 minutes. We respond within one business day.
